  1. How long are shipping times?
Your products will ship within 2 days of your order, and then take from 3-5 days on certain products, up to two weeks to reach your doorstep. Each product at Posh Carbon has an estimated delivery time that you can find in the product description.
 
  1. What's your return policy?

Our policy lasts 7 days. If 7 days have gone by after you receive your purchase, unfortunately we cannot offer you a refund or exchange. 
To be eligible for a return, YOUR ITEM MUST BE UNUSED AND IN THE SAME CONDITION THAT YOU RECEIVED IT. IT MUST ALSO BE IN IT'S ORIGINAL PACKAGING. *Please click on our Refund Policy to read full details*
 
  1. Can I cancel my order?

Cancellations are possible if you do not receive your package within the time frame specified for each individual product. They can also be canceled if, for some reason, you do change your mind after ordering. Sometimes orders get sent out before we can process the cancellation. So if you cancel your order, but still receive the package, or change your mind within the same day of ordering, then please go ahead and do one or both of two things: email us at sales@poshcarbon.com or info@poshcarbon.com or Send Us a DM on Instagram @poshcarbon and we will help you with the next steps.
 
  1. What happens if I receive the wrong item?

If you ordered the wrong item and or size we are not responsible for the shipping fee. 

If you are missing an item from your order, you will need to provide us with a photo of the invoice slip you received. If you cannot provide us with this photo, we cannot provide assistance any further.

If the wrong item(s) was/were sent to you, we will cover shipping. Provide a photo of the incorrect items and invoice slip. If you cannot provide us with this photo, we cannot provide assistance any further.

If you receive an item that happens to be damaged or defective, you must report it to us within 7 days of receiving delivery. ANY DAMAGES or defective items reported after the 7 days will NOT be accepted. Please attach photos of the return inquiry.

 
  1. Do you offer exchanges?

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item or an item of equal value, it has to be within the days you received your item, then send us an email with photos of the item(s), to info@poshcarbon.com with Exchange in the Subject line. Once we approve the exchange, we will email you to send your item(s) to: Posh Carbon, LLC, Aisha Centimole 561 Avenue A, Bayonne, NJ 07002, United States. *You will be responsible for the shipping costs.
